Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹1,599 qualify for FREE delivery.
- For orders of ₹1,599 or below, applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp after dispatch. You can also check your order status anytime from our Track Your Order page.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Damaged, Wrong or Delayed Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is significantly delayed, please reach out to us with your order number and, where possible, clear photos or videos of the item received.
