Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
All products are carefully tested and checked before dispatch. Please read the conditions below before requesting a return, refund or cancellation.
Return Eligibility
- Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories, where applicable.
- No return or refund will be provided for products that are damaged after delivery, misused, or damaged due to improper handling.
Wrong, Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue, so we can resolve it quickly.
Refund Processing
Approved returns will be inspected before processing, and eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
